Sadness

Sadness is when you're feeling down
When you don't have a smile, just a dull lifeless frown
There are only dark clouds over your head
And you keep your mouth closed, there is nothing to be said
All you want to do is be by yourself
Like a little rag doll, sitting on an empty shelf
But when you are sad, you can turn to your friends
Then slowly your sadness will start to descend
The sun will come out shining very bright
So now you will soar like a colourful kite
